THE BENEFITS OF PMA SERVICE
PEACE OF MIND. Automatic, periodic inspection and adjustment of your air conditioning and heating system keeps it running at peak, trouble-free efficiency. Potential problems are spotted before they cause trouble.
COMPETENT EXPERT AT YOUR SERVICE. A competent trained expert looks after and "worries" about your equipment and its performance. We work with you to schedule your service calls when convenient.
PREFERRED TREATMENT. PMA increases system reliability but should you need emergency service, PMA entitles you to preferential treatment.
PROGRAM CRITERIA. You must have seasonal check-ups on heating and cooling systems. If you should forest to schedule a check-up, we will remind you.
PRICE PROTECTION. You will always receive a 20% minimum discount on any parts that may need replacing at the time of PMA service and during the season if your unit should fail. Discount does not apply to purchase and installation of new equipment.
SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST. If repairs are needed at any time during a Preventive Maintenance Agreement, you will NEVER BE CHARGED FOR A SERVICE CALL. The only charge will be for the labor and parts being replaced less 20% discount on parts for being a preferred customer.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If for any reason you feel that the service or repairs performed are note done to your satisfaction, call. We will come out at no charge to you and go over the service or repairs to your satisfaction. All service is guaranteed 100%.
ANY PMA CUSTOMER that has their unit serviced each year under this agreement will receive a free 3 or 5 year warranty on parts (depending upon which plan you purchase) if all terms of this agreement are met during the 3 or 5 year period. If the agreement is cancelled, all parts warranty will revert back to 1 year, the normal manufacturer warranty. It will disqualify you for the additional PMA warranty.
WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE THE PMA SERVICE. We go beyond the manufacturer's recommended warranty. We check, adjust and service your heating/cooling system to prevent major problems. YOU WILL HAVE SERVICE WITHIN 24 HOURS AND WILL ONLY BE CHARGED ONE SERVICE CALL PER SEASON AND WILL NEVER BE CHARGED AN OVERTIME CHARGE.
